Day 2 of The Traveling Talent Show - Better than the first!

We were lucky enough to attend the first two dates of the Traveling Talent Show tour - TWTA's first full headlining tour. Detroit and Grand Rapids were cold, but the energy of the shows warmed up the entire crowd. We have been to many concerts over the years, and we both agree that we have never had as much fun as we have had seeing this show. You do not want to miss this tour if you have the chance to see it! New Official Website and Ellen contest submission!

If you haven't heard yet, The White Tie Affair has a new official site! Sign up for their mailing list to get your exclusive password to check it out before anyone else! Also, the guys submitted a great video to be a part of Ellen's "Bathroom Concert Series," and she featured it on her site, as well as talked about them opening for Lady Gaga! Check out the video and comment telling Ellen you'd like to see them on the show! Who knows? Maybe she'll have them as guests!

Exciting news!

The White Tie Affair will be on Open House Party tonight, which runs from 7pm-midnight Eastern Time. They've created a list of all radio stations that are carrying the show, so check out their latest MySpace blog to see if one of your favorite stations is included! They'll be taking questions througout the show so it'll be a great way to get to know the guys a little better. Also, Mama P has informed us in her latest blog that they guys are featured in the newest edition of Playboy magazine, in stores now. And please, don't forget to continue to vote for "Candle (Sick and Tired)" on Fuse! Let's get them to number one!!

While driving home last night/this morning the guys were in an accident with the van. No one was hurt but the van is pretty beat up. Chris posted about it in his own and the band's myspace blog. Head on over to the news page or directly to their myspace.

Look it's the first major update!

We have added a few pages so be sure to check them out. Under multimedia there is a video page which has multiple videos we took when we saw TWTA on the 26th. Also under multimedia there is now a gallery page that has multiple pictures from that same night. We have also decided to add a page for fan photos. It's linked there also. Right now the only pictures are the two of us with the guys but we'll gladly add anyone who would like to be up there! Just drop one of us an email or an IM. All of that information is on the about the site page.

Wow thats a whole lot but it looks like so little. We've tweaked a few things, including adding links to purchase the album, just in case anyone doesn't have a copy yet or feels generous enough to give one to a friend. Share the love!

Welcome to White Tie Affair Fans dot com. This is the official opening of the site but we still have a lot of work to do. My name is Kelly. Angela and I have both become fans of The White Tie Affair and decided that we wanted to show our love and share the fun with other fans and this was a good way to do that. Its been a long time since I've run a fan site (2002) so its taking a little to get back into the swing of things. Bear with us while we get everything up and running but we have a few things to get us started! We welcome feedback and any fan input. Afterall thats what this is for - the fans.
